We respond as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of your request. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months. In that case, we will inform you.

You may exercise your rights free of charge unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive nature. In such a case, we have the right and the choice either to charge a reasonable fee (taking into account the administrative costs of providing the requested information and the costs of taking the requested measures) or to refuse to act on the request.

6. How long do we keep your information?
Your data are never kept longer than necessary. The period during which your data are kept will in any case never be longer than 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship. If we no longer need to use your information, and there is no need for us to keep it in order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, we will delete the information from our systems, or anonymise it so that we cannot identify you.
The collected data are kept as long as necessary to provide our services and for the purposes described in section 3 above. To determine the appropriate retention period, we take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the reason we process them and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means.
In addition, you can always ask us to erase your data. In this respect, we refer to section 5 above.
7. Will your data be transferred outside the European Economic Area?
Yes, in certain cases your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. However, our company observes the applicable protection rules and safeguards.
